On this fix I used PSE. I cropped the photo a bit applied FB Vintage Summer with a little Vignette. Isn't she such a cutie.
This one I used LR3. Simply cropped and applied General Grayscale. Applied a little Dodge to lighten her face (and bow) a bit and a little vignette.
