Into the night I go....

I know I've said this before (and recently) but, you could say that I have truly found a passion for night shots. It simply fascinates me.  Of course there is also the fact that I work all day and have a limited window of time for any possible daytime shots, so I make do.  But, in "making do" I have found an avenue that, at one time both scared and frustrated me.   Now, I take it with ease and complete enjoyment and anticipation of the image that it will produce.   I am always in awe the beauty of the sky right at sunset and up to an hour after.

It's magical to take in God's creation and to me it's mesmerizing.

Of course you add a few cars/headlights to the mix and I am one happy girl. =)

We graduated in 1973 together. (Stop doing the math LOLOL)

Everytime I think about how much beauty is in the world, I just have to capture it.

Taste of Italy
My husband is of Italian decent, so every Thursday is pasta night and every Sunday he gets his Pizza.
Of course he says the pizza down here is nothing like the ones up North. Is this true????  =)

Reminder
Everyday I remind myself just how Blessed I am to have such perfect and healthy Grandchildren.

IHF People’s Choice ~~ Best Face Photo from February

Went through all my photos from February and I knew all along this was the photo I wanted.   This is my entirely handsome husband who deserves a spot  and recongnition on my blog for his neverending support (actually putting up with me).  So this is my entry for this week for the I Heart Faces Photo Challenge.

Lost my marbles......

Wanted to share these new photos I took today.  Last week one of Ashley's photos (Ramblings and Photos) inspired me to take these.  This is what all these projects are all about....sharing and inspiring one another.   I am so grateful for all my new Blogger friends.  <3<3

Bubbles.....

Caught these bubbles on the garage floor as my husband was cleaning it.  He through some soap down, water and started scrubbing.  Of course I instantly made him stop so I could snap these. 

The bubble had "JUST" popped as I snapped the shot and this is what I got.

There is actually a bubble on this one...it just doesn't show because of the angle.

A cool breezy night....

I have found a new passion for night shots. Took these last night around 9pm on the Dunlawton Bridge.  All these photos were taken using the bulb setting, with a trigger and camera on a tripod.
