Week 26 • “Pets”

This weeks challenge at I Heart Faces is "Pets". Had a hard time picking out a photo. My husband and I do alot of traveling visiting grandkids and family so we do not own a pet. So I went through a few folders and came across this photo I took when we went to visit my brother and his family in Ohio for Thanksgiving last year. This adorable pooch is Sasha who is full breed boxer. She is as sweet as the photo portrays.

Week 25 • “Celebrating Teens”

It was not very difficult picking out a photo for this weeks challenge since I just shot this of my 13 year old grandaughter this last Saturday at my Grandson's 2nd birthday party. She was jumping in the Toddler Fun House being as silly as could be....and I caught her!! Of course she was too big for the fun house....but it's okay...Grandma got in it too!!!

Week 24 • “All About Babies”

This is baby Max and his mommy. Max was only about 2 weeks old when we took this photo. I love the tenderness of the brand new Mommy with her baby. This remains a favorite of mine.

Week 23 • "Play" Photo Challenge

Spent the weekend with my four grandkids. Took this shot of my second youngest playing with my Iphone looking through over 2000 photos. Good way to keep her entertained. This photo is SOOTC. I love the white light from the phone that hits part of her face.

Week 22 - "Barefoot Week" Photo Challenge!

So I sit at work wondering what should I do, work or go shoot a photo for this week's Challenge. Such hard decisions....think I'll take a break!!!










Even though its not exactly bare feet.....The Challenge "Barefoot Week" theme let's you focus on anything feet or shoe related and helps raise awareness for Soles 4 Souls at the same time!





Here is Daddy with his baby girl who was only about two weeks old when this was taken. Amazing little feet......





And "D" makes three in this beautiful family. Love his playfull ways while holding tightly to his Mommy and Daddy.
